April 2004: GMSTEC Annual General Meeting

Fifth meeting of the GMSTEC Trust was held in Phnom Penh, Cambodia on 27-28 April 2004 hosted conjointly by the Royal University of Phnom Penh and the Royal University of Agriculture.

The meeting of GMSTEC focused on plans for capacity building in Cambodia and Lao PDR and the development of a joint Masters degree in development.
