24 August 2007: The ninth GMSTEC Meeting, hosted by University of Economics, HCMC in Vietnam

The ninth meeting of GMSTEC was hosted by University of Economics in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam on 24 August 2007. The key issues for the meeting are strategies and plans for developing cooperation between GMSTEC members, and a number of specific cooperation project opportunities.
